The thing The Sonnet House crew will remember the most about Megan + Matt is their sense of humor and how easy going they are. Their wedding day was a dream come true with one of the most beautiful days of the year. In addition to having an amazing couple and pretty skies, Eric & Jamie Photography were also on hand capturing the day perfectly.
Megan knew from the beginning she wanted a plethora of sunflowers incorporated into the overall decor, and pops of purple wherever possible. Corey Daniel Florals worked closely with her to add in the vibrant flowers where it made the most sense. Megan wore a bohemian inspired wedding gown designed by Lillian West from The Something Blue Shoppe in Hartselle, Alabama and carried a large bouquet of sunflowers and Schwarzwalder calla lilies with touches of silver dollar eucalyptus and baby’s breath. Her bridesmaids carried smaller bouquets similar to Megan’s and wore floor length gowns from Alfred Angelo in the shade “grape.” Matt and his groomsmen wore grey suits from Mr. Burch Formal Wear with coordinating ties and vests.
Megan + Matt shared a wedding cake; a two sided his and hers classic vanilla and chocolate. The double feature was created by local baker, Magnificent Cakes, a favorite of ours. The ceremony and reception music was all handled by DJ Wayne Ingram.
Thanks again for allow us to be a part of such a special day!
